Angela Karen’s new calendar of Birmingham Bombshells, A Picture of Health, is out in area stores this month. Sale of the calendar supports ovarian cancer awareness. Go online at
www.birminghambombshells.com to see more of her bombshell work.

In 2007 Angela Karen launched Birmingham Bombshells to accommodate the high number of old hollywood style portrait requests inundating her studio. Now she is nationally recognized for her pin-up pictorials, and Birmingham Bombshells has evolved into the city’s premier spot for vintage photography. Karen spends most of her time celebrating people of all ages by exposing their celebrity side through photography. As a contributing photographer for B-Metro, Angela shoots on assignment and produces special features. Angela is also an ovarian cancer awareness advocate and host of the annual “A Picture of Health” event to benefit ovarian cancer research at UAB Hospital. She resides in Birmingham with her dog Miss Wiggles and she enjoys traveling at any given chance to gain inspiration. Visit www.AngelaKaren.com.www.angelakaren.com or www.birminghambombshells.com
