I was there for Betsy McAtee's presentation to the American Marketing Assoc. (Bham chapter) It was outstanding. What impressed me the most was how in-depth and thorough the makeover was. Looked to me like every facet of Dreamland's business received some key insights. And the guidance Ruwena's company provided was a big part of it.
